How To Sign Up For The BadgerCare Plus Basic Plan | |
|
 |
|
In order to sign up for the Basic Plan, you need to be on the BadgerCare Plus Core Plan waitlist. The Core Plan is for people ages 19-64
who are NOT disabled, blind, pregnant, living with and taking care of a child who is related to them, or
already getting BadgerCare Plus or Medicaid.
People who sign up for the Basic Plan need to pay a monthly premium of $130 per person to get and stay on this plan.
If you do not want to keep going to sign up for the Basic Plan now, click the 'Back' button.
If you want to keep going to sign up for the Basic Plan now and are already on the BadgerCare Plus Core Plan waitlist:
-
If you have already set up a MyACCESS account and you remember the user ID and password,
click here to log in. After logging in to your MyAccess page, click the button next to 'BadgerCare Plus Basic Plan' to sign up.
-
If you have already set up a MyACCESS account but you do not remember the user ID or password,
click here to recover your account. Once you have recovered your account and logged in to your MyACCESS page, click the button next to 'BadgerCare Plus Basic Plan' to sign up.
Note: If for any reason you are unable to recover your account, please call Member Services at 1-800-362-3002.
-
If you are on the waitlist but have never set up a MyACCESS account (for example if you called the Enrollment Services Center to get on the Core Plan Waitlist), call the Enrollment Services Center at 1-800-291-2002 to enroll by paying over the phone or to get a payment slip.
If you want to keep going to sign up for the Basic Plan now and are NOT on the BadgerCare Plus Core Plan waitlist,
to set up a secure account, fill out an online application, and see if you can get on the Core Plan Waitlist. If you are eligible for the
Core Plan and get on the waitlist, you will then be able to enroll in the Basic Plan.
